hela Sverige We are now recruiting a Finnish speaking Sales and Marketing Assistant to a world-leading supplier of products and solutions for kitchens.
About the Job
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant you will proactively driving the annual 360-degree agenda to ensure that the sales team are "one step ahead" of the competition and the yearly calendar. The key aim of the role is to support the Nordics sales team with Marketing, Product life cycle management and other sales support tasks.
Areas of responsibility:
* Together with Sales Managers identifying tasks where support is required to maximize sales and profitability
* Together with Trade Marketing Manager ensuring that global and local marketing guidelines are fulfilled
* Working with local marketing teams to ensure that products are visible to the Nordics Market
* Maintenance of: EDI, product documentation & certification, price list updates, technical documentation/databases
* Ensuring CRM is updated and accurate
* Delivering Product training & taking customers around the Show Room and fairs
* Local translation
* Sales and marketing analytics
Who are you?
* Native Finnish speaking and good knowledge in business English
* Understanding in one other Nordic language
* Background within sales and/or marketing assistance position
* Customer facing experience, accustomed to receiving unexpected demands and tasks with unscheduled or unspecific deadlines
* Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
As a person you have great analytic skills. You are able to work under pressure and have the ability to create structure and have a creative mindset. You have strong interpersonal communication skills, are confident in speaking with senior management and are empathetic with colleagues. You have disciplined self-awareness in all customer correspondence, written, verbal and face-to-face while maintaining a professional and personable approach.
