As a Merchant Support agent you will provide our Finnish merchants with extraordinary service by answering their questions over phone and e-mail. Together we will create a long-lasting and close relation to our merchants by giving them world-class service. We always strive to exceed our e-merchants expectations and it is therefore important that you contribute with creative ideas that can improve our processes and thereby Klarna overall. You will work in a team that has high social competence and the ambition to always deliver the best possible service.
We are looking for you who are able to bring positivity and team-spirit to our Merchant Support-team. You are not afraid of new challenges and to develop by set goals, both individually and in the team, are evident for you. If you have recently finished high school then this is the job for you! Technical and/or economic experience is a merit for this job. You speak and write Finnish and English fluently and Swedish is a merit.
