The role
As a member of Nordic Supply team, you will be responsible for the order management you are involved in. This demands a customer oriented personality, self-driven and at the same time an engaged team member.
You will report to the Nordic Supply Chain Manager. For this position you can be based in Gothenburg, Helsinki or Copenhagen.
It is essential to have good knowledge from similar position within Nordic countries.
Your main Accountabilities
• Be the communicative link between customer and our shared service center in Europe
• Manage customer master data with prices in our SAP system.
• Manage and process non- technical complaints and credit/debit notes.
• Manage allocation of products.
• Manage Key account customers as well as our distributor.
Your skills and qualifications
• Thorough experience in order and logistic processes.
• Good understanding of end processes in a sales organization.
• Ability to multitask, handling various customer requests.
• Customer oriented with a strong service mind and the ability to take own initiatives, always having the wellbeing of the patient in mind.
• Solid skills in Microsoft applications and SAP.
• Fluent in Finnish as well as a second Nordic languish and English is mandatory.
