Our Consumer Finance department are now looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Service Specialist! Do you want to work in a broad role close to our customers and with great opportunities to be a part of and build our business? As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be involved in the whole process, from the beginning to the end.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be serving our Finnish speaking customers through phone and email. You will work with our loan product, which is targeted towards private customers. You will, for example be responsible for:
• Handle customer service through phone and other channels
• Customer handling and follow-up of existing customers
• Handle incident reporting, complaints, and execution of internal controls
• Post and administration
• Produce and send requested documents.

Who are you?
We hope that you might have some previous work experience from the finance industry, but it is not mandatory. We expect you to have a high school diploma or equivalent, a positive attitude and to be service minded person. You are social person, who likes to work as a part of a team and with the phone as your primary work tool. You are flexible person, who can handle a bit of stress. What matters the most is a strong and genuine desire to succeed and an active work approach. Fluent Finnish and good English skills are mandatory. Swedish language skills and a good knowledge of Excel is a big plus. We will of course educate and guide you in the beginning.
