Then you might be the right person for this job!Job descriptionPerido is now looking for an Order Coordinator, on the behalf of our client. A successful company with operations in several business areas, active in more than 75 countries. The company is both directed towards consumers and industries. This job offer is located in Alvik, close to Kungsholmen.As an Order Coordinator you will have a key role in the daily contact with the organization's customers. You will provide support in primarily all order- and distributions matters. You will manage and drive the order process, maintain customer data, support sales regarding product availability communication and customer management. The tasks also include order and invoice handling in the internal systems. We believe you are an ambiguous employee with previous experience from customer service or logistics and distribution. You are fluent in Finnish, both oral and written, since you will be working towards the Finnish market. You are service minded, flexible and not afraid of taking new initiatives. You get things done and consider yourself a problem solver. Furthermore, you have a good sense of quality and accuracy in your working methods.
