This is a chance for you to work in a challenging and important role in a function that among other things manages the Spare Parts business, develops new Services, ensures Uptime for our customers and manages the Volvo Truck Warranty and Quality processes. We at the Services and Customer Quality Business Control department are now looking for our next Financial Process Manager!
What does a Financial Process Manager at Volvo Trucks do?
Our department work together with different partners within Volvo Trucks and the Volvo Group, for example Volvo Group IT and areas within Volvo Trucks Services and Customer Quality, to create the best and most efficient processes and systems for our business.
You will belong to a team, Business Control, who support the global services business strategy with financial expertize through partnership-like relations. We are competent, independent and believe that engagement and working together is what creates good outcomes. You will have a very important role of being the link between operation and accounting when setting up financial processes and solutions for our Volvo Truck Services and Customer Quality.
You will work closely together with our operations and different parts of our organization in supporting the function and its management with all business control related questions. A part of your work will be to drive harmonization activities within our processes. And to do ad-hoc analysis and support. Your tasks will vary over time depending on on-going projects, the current business and what interests you.

• Several years of experience in the area of Financial Flows and Business Control
• Very good knowledge of SAP Master Finance
• Project management experience
• Good knowledge from sales, services and retail processes
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
