A vacancy has risen for a position as Financial Analyst. The position will be based in Bromma. The candidate will be a member of the Financial Analyst team of five employees covering Nordic region and reconciliation of the INCA region.
The work is executed in cooperation with both local colleagues and management as the Financial Analyst Team based around INCA and Europe.
Key responsibilities
Reconciliation of INCA region Financial results:
• Creating, updating and presenting reconciliations of INCA region for regional FD / GM
• Creation of creative reports, graphs and analysis of INCA region Budget, Projection and Actuals
• Manage Actual reporting, Projection and Budget schedules and timelines for INCA region in close co- operation with all INCA markets Finance organisations
• Reconcile and present Sales and P&L commentaries for INCA region
Full controlling responsibility for a business unit in one or more Nordic countries including:
• Continuous decision- and analysis support to the country management team
• Analyse and present the Activity expense actuals and plans - ensuring BMS policies are adhered
• Educate business units in financial matters
• Analyse and challenge sales and expense; actuals and projections / Budgets (SAP BI / Hyperion). Preparation of comments
• Preparation of accruals and manual journals at monthly closing.
Expected areas of Competence (i.e. skills and abilities)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to connect finance to business in daily work - ability to find the key factors and explain them from a complex analysis
• Ability to work with a proactive approach and a minimum of direct supervision
• Be a good team player both within the department and across organizational boundaries
• Finance or business controlling experience min. 3 years
Knowledge desired:
• University degree in Business Administration / Finance
• Basic accounting skill, skills of US GAAP is preferred
• Excellent skills in English
• Excellent skills in Excel, SAP_BI and Hyperion. Basic skills in SAP
