About the position
Lindab contributes with products and services to provide better indoor climate, simplified construction and more sustainable buildings. We are now looking for a Financial Compliance Manager to strengthen our team. This position in placed in Grevie or Malmö, and you will be part of Lindab Group Finance.
In this role you will work with internal control related questions and assessments, with aim to guide as well as review entities within the Group. All with the objective to develop as well as improve processes, strengthen routines and always strive to assure an efficient internal control environment. In other words, you will be to be an anchor of internal control within Lindab Group. The work is much about pro-activity and collaboration within the organisation, but also you will also be responsible for the co-ordination of internal audits with aim to assure a sufficient process for this. As Financial Compliance Manager you will have an important part in the improvement process linked to potential observations, continuously support the business with aim to improve the maturity level in this area and share best practice as well as your expertise within the Group.
Another essential part of the role will be to support the integration of newly acquired companies in terms of internal control. Lindab has an ambition to support the target of long-term growth by acquisitions. To assure a successful incorporation of new entities, the role will work actively with guidance of financial compliance for newly acquired companies and support the alignment to Lindab Group standards, policies and minimum internal control requirements.

To be the leader is natural to you and you find it motivating when we can deliver as a team. We think that you have a background of minimum five years of relevant experience, preferably from an international environment. It is important to have a good understanding of and have worked with quality assurance in terms of operational key processes in manufacturing and sales companies. It is also very valuable to have experience from integration of companies and successful alignments of key controls in these processes. Good skill in financial accounting is required, knowledge of IFRS as well as experience of ERP implementations is an advantage.
You speak and write English fluently.
