Job Summary
The Financial Analyst we are looking for will work in the Business Finance R&D Analytics team analyzing the Ericsson R&D Portfolio. The position will be based in Kista, Sweden, and will be reporting to the Head of BF R&D Analytics.
Responsibilities & Tasks
The main task of this position is to support the financial efficiency of a Development Unit. As a help the successful candidate will be able to use and lead a virtual team of Financial Analysts.
The above implies coordination of forecasts and target setting, consolidating results, perform analysis and imposing actions. The main interface will be Business Control
You will also drive activities to improve the control of Ericsson R&D with the end goal of driving financial efficiency in the R&D units. The position puts great demands on the ability to understand and explain complicated relations influencing the R&D units to take appropriate actions
The Financial Analyst is responsible for implementing aligned ways of working in accordance with the R&D Financial Control Process. An important part of the work is also to contribute to the global R&D Business Finance team with aligning way of working and share best practices in order to maximize the business value from the controller team.
