My name is Lisa and I 'm looking for a new colleague for our Business Navigation & Finance team in Älmhult, Sweden.

As a Finance Controller, you are part of facilitating decision making in the organization by providing timely and reliable financial information and coordinating between different business teams and the Finance team on all financial matters. You are a speaking partner and support to the business within our area of competence.
You lead the Budget & Forecast process for the whole of IMC, ensuring that these are fully aligned with the company's plans. You also work with various tasks connected to Cost-follow up and reporting to the company's Board of Directors.
Further, you secure compliant monthly, bi-monthly and annual financial reporting and Inter IKEA reporting and you are the key contact for the external audit process.
You will be reporting to Deputy Business Navigation & Finance Manager Lisa Thomson. The position is in Älmhult, Sweden.
