Unilever is looking for a Finance Business Analyst
As a Finance Business Analyst with us, you will an essential role in supporting the Swedish Finance Business Partner team to deliver the Nordic Finance programme relating to all aspects of financial steering, planning and management of the country business performance. The role provides cross-category and customer support. This is a backfilling position for a parental leave.
• Support in the controlling and analysis of the different items in the P&L (actual and forecast) in collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Analysis of variances vs budget/forecast, including cross-functional interaction to understand main drivers and to drive continuous improvement.
• Securing quality and timely input to monthly financial forecast (i.e. prices, rebates, costs).
• Develop tools and prepare presentations as well as standard and ad-hoc reports.
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets (IBP).
• Assisting the Marketing team in building robust business cases and providing financial advice/support.
• Support the Finance Business partner team to drive initiatives in the finance agenda.
• Lead and own the coordination and testing of internal controls.
• Own and drive continuous improvement and process initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
To be our successful candidate you should have a university degree in a related subject, eg Business Administration preferably with a controlling background. You have at least 2 years' experience from similar work.You need to have strong analytical skills and you are en effective communicator. It's important that you are a team player with a "do it" attitude. You are self-driven, like to work with figures, have strong Excel skills, and comfortable to work with various information systems. You work well in an environment with tight deadlines.
