Your role as Finance Operations Manager
As Finance Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and smooth running of the business. You'll handle budgeting, reporting, and financial planning while working closely with leadership to drive smart decision-making and ensuring long-term growth.
Beyond the numbers, you'll streamline operations, improve internal processes, and manage partner relationships to keep everything running efficiently. Your work will help create a strong financial foundation and scalable operations that support future success.
Your main responsibilities will include: Help build a long term and robust operational, financial and legal structure
Define and help the company reach business goals, mainly focused on growth and profitability
Help Bonmoja's partners assure that all strategies and operations are tailored to the local market, taking into account local customer preferences and regulations
Work closely with local management and HQ teams to resolve any operational or legal problems
Various ad-hoc tasks in line with your role and the company's geographic expansion
About you
To be successful in this role you should have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions. You have an interest in building international companies with a certain curiosity for emerging markets and their untapped potential. As a professional you are structured and solution-oriented, excelling when taking on new challenges.
Your Qualifications 3+ years of previous relevant experience from consulting or finance
Experience from high growth scaleups, preferably with international exposure
Strong experience from driving transformational initiatives and managing several projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of data and analytics to create insights
You hold a university degree within a relevant field i.e. business, finance or engineering
