hela Sverige Responsible for all aspects of on-site engineering including the discipline administrative
function and ensures appropriate technical personnel are assigned to the project.
Manages, supervises, directs and reviews activities of the field engineering team in the
performance of on-site engineering design required during the course of construction,
commissioning and handover.
Provides technical support to the Construction Management Team (CMT), construction
supervisors and Contractors.
Manages field change processes and Contractor RFI's per Hatch PLP procedures.
Assists the Construction Manager to plan, budget and implement training/development
programs for resources assigned to the project.
Coordinates local permitting and inspection requirements as required (i.e.: building and
occupancy permits, boiler safety registration processes, etc.).
Assists CMT to develop and implement the Field Engineering section of the Construction
Execution Plan.
Provides on-site monitoring and engineering assistance with the constructability program.
Performs review of Contractor CWP submittals, ITPs and Method Statements.
