Your future challanges
You will be the co-pilot of the factory manager (vision, organisation, practices, initiatives, and projects) on a day-to-day basis as well as in the development of the strategic view of the factory processes. This role has a central part in all what we do in the factory!
In strong collaboration with our Nordic Finance Department (based in Copenhagen), you will give insight and understanding of the development of the factory's Total Delivered Cost (TDC), variances, improvement projects and support in establishing the Factory Standard Cost Budget and the standard cost prices of individual products as well as supporting the capital investment process.
You will provide to the Factory Leadership Team (FLT) the data and tools to analyse, understand, manage and correct the performance of the different departments within the factory organisation. You will control and where needed improve the efficiency of the organisation, supporting initiatives to improve the quality of the information and the processes itself. You will also drive different kind of projects and act as a project manager.
You will be responsible for an efficient factory administration: you facilitate, follow-up, and maintain the required quality and on-time output of other departments to the reporting of factory KPIs and results. You will also keep track of costing in SAP and transfer price calculations.

Your qualifications
You have 3-5 years of relevant operational experience from a similar job, and you hold a master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.
As a person, you:
• Are a proficient user of SAP and MS Office 365, especially Excel is your natural basic tool
• Have a very good knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and applications
• Experience from raw material supplies and commodities trading is an added bonus
• Speak and write English fluently
• It is a plus if you have experience in working with Power BI
In this position, your analysis, calculations, and statistics will create the base for decisions and development within the factory.
