hela Sverige The employee we are looking for needs to speak Hindi/Parsi/English, age from 25-60 years, male or female.
Language is important since ours being a customer centric business, the customer satisfaction will require a multilingual person. English and one other language of Hindi or /and Parsi is important.
The employee needs to be willing and able to be hands-on and fix simpler items in an apartment, be able to speak to the clients to service and take care of day-to-day complaints that arise.
The person needs to be computer literate and take care of basic administration for the website, and excel, where records of the flat, payments, and landlord details are maintained.
The personal attributes are hardworking, problem solver and having a positive attitude
The person should be multilingual. Education requirement is basic, but computer literacy is important, since the CMS system (Word Press) needs to be maintained. The person should be handson, not afraid to solve a problem, even if it means assuming a new responsibility. Problem solver, and a fixer are the main attributes she/he has to show.
Solveria AB is a firm that is in the business of relocation services, that is mainly focused on offering service apartment, fully furnished and with all facilities for specialized consultants/doctoral students visiting Sweden for a limited duration. We are expanding and thus are looking for this position to be stationed in Södertälje or Stockholm.

Full time job, with a normal trial period. Monthly salary.
