Export Sales Assistant
Key responsibilities:
For the European market, with location at the European main office in Solna, Sweden, we are now looking for an Export Sales Assistant. Reporting to the Export Sales Manager, your key responsibility will be to act as a coordinator for the export customers in order to support maximizing sales and profitability.
Key tasks:
• Make sure all orders are entered properly and up-to-date in the ERP system.
• Follow-up and assist our export customers with various information requests such as order tracking, stock availability, retail prices, purchase prices, discounts, delivery dates, claims and returns questions etcetera.
• Support business on delivery of sales and financial targets and objectives.
• Support the Export Sales Manager with different tasks and projects within the department.
Your profile:
We are looking for a person with at least three years of administrational/sales experience in the field of customer service export. You have a degree or secondary education in a relevant field, preferably sales or administration, or corresponding working experience. You are fluent in Swedish and English and it?s a plus if you also speak German. Experience of working with ERP system on a detailed level is an advantage.
The ideal candidate is a good communicator with proven administrational skills. You are a customer focused team player and have good skills in problem solving. Strong knowledge of the ice hockey business and sports in general is an advantage.
