Expert Scientist/ experienced researcher in the field of drug development and preclinical research.
We are now seeking a highly motivated and creative scientist to work on wound healing drug development and target validation in experimental animals.
Background
Wound healing is a dynamic pathway that optimally leads to restoration of tissue integrity and function. The interruption of normal reparative processes results in a chronic wound, ulcer and infection. The aim of our company is to develop high technology products to satisfy the most advanced needs in wound healing therapeutic area.
The role
We are seeking an innovative researcher to our research team. We are looking for an innovative thinker who will be expected to carry out high quality science in pursuit of novel medicines. This person will enrich the Company's current drug discovery process with imaginative and novel research approaches.
The candidate will act as a scientific expert in the therapeutic area such as inflammation/autoimmunity, wound healing, and infectious diseases. The candidate will work with experimental animals within the projects aimed at optimizing the methods for enhancing wound healing.
Minimum experience/requirement
• Extensive knowledge in animal models for studying wound healing, induced-arthritis, and infectious diseases.
• Knowledge of inflammatory signaling pathways, apoptosis.
• Critically evaluate scientific data and effectively articulate the results and status of programs to senior management.
• Ability to lead research teams in project development and communicate well with the target management team.
Preferred experience/requirements
• Have publications in the field of inflammation research.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Chinese language is a merit as the company have an intensive cooperation with Chinese universities.
