Assist in optimizing our documentation organization, process, standards, tools, checklists, and performance indexes through review and assessment of our documentation.
1) Assess our current documentation system and output assessment reports and recommendations for improvement. Provide GAP analysis of the documentation organization of industry leaders and a dynamic comparison with ours.
2) Review and assist in optimizing our documentation process, standards, checklists, and performance indexes.
Required Qualifications
1. Five or more years of documentation management experience with a leading telecommunications enterprise.
2. Eight or more years of information engineer or technical writer experience as a technical expert with a leading telecommunications enterprise.
3. Excellent communication skills, quick comprehension of complex situations, and ability to work in teams
