https://company.here.com/here/ SUMMARY OF JOB HERE runs an expert Community Program that is crucial to our map creation strategy. It allows private as well as corporate map experts to contribute to the freshness of our map based on their local knowledge and passion for maps. The Community Expert has full ownership for the Community Strategy. This role is key to engaging new communities whilst continuously maintaining and nurturing existing communities to ensure their long-term engagement. To be effective in this role you will need to understand the market to identify and create the right strategy to win communities and keep them engaged, using incentives and other techniques to ensure long term relationships are maintained.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify potential new key groups/individuals for community engagement
• Create and execute Benelux community strategy in the context of the western European strategy
• Support and own structural and strategic community activities on western European level
• Conduct Competitive intelligence research
• Report Community activities to drive decision-making
• Perform specific programs to keep community engagement high and churn rate low
• Own the communication with the Benelux community members
• Actively engage in Social Media activities
• Coordinate and attend Tradeshows/Events/user meetings in support of community efforts
• Solicit, establish, train and sustain relationships with "Expert Communities"
Övriga villkor:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing 4 years experience in a Community, Loyalty program or Customer Relationship Management role Strong analytical skills Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze data, problem solve & prioritise
