Experis Finance is looking for a Business Controller for our client IKEA ICOM located in Älmhult. This is a consultant assignment with start date no later than 15 of January 2018 and the assignment will last for approximately one year.
IKEA Communications AB, aka ICOM produces IKEA.com, which is visited around 1.6 billion times a year. They are also behind the IKEA catalogue with a yearly circulation of around 220 million copies. Here you will be a part of the finance department and you will be an active business partner to our Business Areas, departments and managers by providing business insights, identifying opportunities and risks and by supporting with scenario planning, modelling, risk assessment and contingency planning.
You will in this role report to the Business Navigation and Finance manager.
Start date: As soon as possible, but no later than 15 of January 2018
Duration: 1 year with a possibility to extend the assignment
Location: Älmhult
Your profile
* A degree within business administration or equivalent
* Strong knowledge about business controlling and business analytics across performance areas. Deep knowledge of business intelligence tools.
* Experience in financial planning; budgeting and forecasting
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills towards all levels of the organization.
* Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
* Ability to think analytically and make decisions to solve problems
* Strong attention to detail while maintaining a good overview of the business
