Experienced Customer Support agent

We are looking for 2nd line Customer Support agents to join our team. Our team, based in central Stockholm, is a multi-national team that need to expand thanks to future business opportunities.
As part of our team, you get the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders in a fast growing market for online gaming and a team that is committed to deliver the best customer support in the entire gaming industry.
Your place at the table
As a 2nd line support agent you will work in a busy 24/7 contact centre. In our dynamic team you will be responsible for handling escalated technical poker related issues from business partners by e-mail and telephone within defined service levels. You will also handle verification, qualification and communication of all poker incidents in the live environment.
Your gaming skills and experience
To play with us, you need to have customer service experience from previous employment within the gaming industry or similar industries. You are fluent in English, both oral and written. Swedish and/or a second language are a merit. Overall, communication skills are important.
The position also requires technical ability; preferably you have experience from helpdesk or computer support. Experience in working with processes, especially ITIL, is also considered a plus.
Player profile
As a professional, you are solution orientated and capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines. You are also able to manage multi-level relationships and prepare responses to customer requirements using your network thinking.
You are team-orientated and outgoing and have the ability to put the customer in focus. We think you have an analytical mind and know how to find the information you need to give the proper assistance.
