Publiceringsdatum2010-08-21Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will be working within the company's master data unit in a team of 6-8 people. The responsibilities of the unit include, for example:
• reviewing and analysing demands from a master data impact perspective
• initiating and driving the unit's demands for solution gaps and system functionality improvement
• identifying SAP system functionality that will increase master data maintenance efficiency
• coordinating the entire workflow for the development drop lifecycle from a master data perspective
• supporting and providing input for projects and demands from a master data perspective
• securing an overall responsibility of the unit's internal applications (e.g. new development, maintenance and education of unit personnel)
• developing and maintaining request forms used to request creations and changes of the master data
• preparing and testing system changes that will affect the unit's internal applications
• supporting the unit's organisation in terms of master data related tools and demand management for SAP demands
• actively searching for new tools and possible improvements in ways of working with master data related tools and applications
• providing test master data support for each system upgrade and development drop.
An important aspect of your work will also be to translate business into technical specifications.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We believe that you have a technical or business degree and experience within master data and any report development tool, preferably Crystal. Furthermore, you have advanced MS Excel knowledge including VBA and macro development, and good knowledge of data base logic and MS Access. You also have general SAP and SQL knowledge. Fluency in written and spoken English and Swedish is a prerequisite.
You are a structured, thorough and service focused person with good communications skills. Moreover, you are an open minded individual who looks for the most efficient solution to any challenge.
