As Office Assistant/Coordinator you will be responsible for general administrative tasks. Tasks such as preparing document for a new employment contract, managing agreements with our suppliers, managing time reports and salary specifications each month. Record all invoices and transactions. Support for faculty employees in various administrative tasks. You are involved in the work of developing common structures and procedures for administrative support together with colleagues in the office.

• Have many years of office administration expereience
• Computer Skills with Excel, Word and Power Point
• Communication, phone and negotiation skills are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong detail oriented and organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills, oral presentation and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to multi task and coordinate and perform responsibilities without constant supervision.
• Must also be able to work independently while possessing excellent communication and teamwork skill.
• Be open to all work related challenges
• Be tech savvy and curious-minded. Sometimes, the problems that you face are of the more technical kind, like fixing the copy machine. We don't expect you to fix all such problems, but it is good if you have an interest in trying to solve them
• Have a good English language skills. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
