hela Sverige We are currently looking to strengthen our SC&O team with experienced management consultants within our Advisory Services practice. We are looking for senior persons with relevant experience within Customer Experience, Digitalization, Data Analytics; Product and Service Design or Strategy. If you have previously worked within one or more of these fields, enjoy professional challenges, have a commercial mindset and match the qualifications - we want you to reach out to us!
The role
You will get the opportunity to work with business pursuits and contribute in growing our business. As a member of our team you will be a crucial part of delivering value to EY clients by assuring high quality deliverables as well as strengthening our market solutions and offerings. Experienced hires will be part of growing our team and will be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
You should have a will to take the responsibility to drive our business forward using your existing network within the region. Overall you need to have a business mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain relationships externally and internally. Experience from driving large transformation projects, working with management consulting or specific industry knowledge are advantages.
The roles require following background:
2+ years (Senior Consultant role) or 5+ years (Manager role) of relevant experience, either as a management consultant or within relevant fields or industries linked to our Customer offerings
Relevant Master Education with strong academic results (Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent)
Excellent oral and written skills in English
