As a member of the Solution IT Consulting team, you'll work as a consultant in an assignment at one of our customers in the greater Göteborg area. Your role will be to lead projects within application and/or infrastructure disciplines needed to meet the customer deliveries. You will lead mixed teams of internally as well as externally employed team members to deliver state of the art results above customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from start to completion, including project initiation, scoping, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, installation/deployment, and closing
• Coordinate dependencies across the organization, as needed to make projects successful
• Follow-up on project status and review status with sponsors
• Drive escalations from team members experiencing blockers on project progress
• In partnership with purchasing drive the staffing of any vendor contracts required to deliver project work
• Take on the role as Scrum Master in agile projects
• Follow customer standard tools to organize and track project work
• Set a project budget and follow processes needed to get a full financial picture
Competencies, Experience and Skills Required:
• Relevant higher education, MSc a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT project manager
• Excellent written and verbal English, Swedish a plus
• Experience leading teams in a larger organization and with members from various disciplines
• Ability to drive both traditional and agile ways of working
• Experience with various agile methodologies including at least Scrum and Kanban at a minimum, Scrum Master certification is a plus
