For the Sandvik Group CEO and CFO Office we're now looking for an Executive Trainee. About your job
In this role, you work closely with the Group CEO and CFO, providing support with presentations, management team meetings as well as various projects and analyses. In addition, you're the finance business partner to the Group CEO, CFO and General Counsel. As the secretary for the Executive Management Team, you get the opportunity to get a unique helicopter perspective of how to drive an international industrial company.
In this trainee role, you collaborate with many teams across our organization, providing you with a robust foundation for your future career. We believe that this is the perfect steppingstone to further develop your career in the Sandvik organization!
You report directly to the CFO with a dotted line to the CEO. The location for this position is the World Trade Center in Stockholm and we offer you a hybrid work solution.
About you
We're looking for someone with a strong academic record, preferably with a university degree in business or finance. You have one to three years of work experience from one of the Big Four, a consultancy firm or as a business controller. You're an excellent user of Excel and PowerPoint. Acting in a global organization calls for excellent communication skills in English.
With your can-do attitude and result oriented drive you thrive in a dynamic work environment. You're a true team player with effective communication skills who happily contributes to creating a collaborative setting around you. To work independently and proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously comes naturally to you.
