ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is a global organization with over 12 500 employees in more than 30 countries that is split into four different business segments. In this role, your main goal will be to support and coordinate the operations for one of our Business Segment leaders and occasionally also the divisional HR and CFO. The position is time based over a period of approximately one year, covering for a colleague who will be on maternity leave.
About the role
The Executive Assistant & Office Management Manager is responsible to support and manage administrative tasks for the Head of Business Segment Industrial (BSI) and his closest managers. You will act as the point of contact for the Head of BSI internally and manage different communication platforms, such as Teams, sharepoint etc. for him and his leadership team.
You can expect a varying and fast-paced work environment in a dynamic and global organization that will put your structuring and prioritizing capabilities to challenge. Tasks include, but are not limited to, coordination of calendars, arranging internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and conference planning along with internal communication. You will also oversee and approving time and travel reports, expenses and invoices. You may also be asked to help structure communication-material for external stakeholders and support HR with various tasks.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for our Office Management function at the Landskrona Office that consists of two employees who handles the reception / switchboard and guide them in their daily work. The role is located at the ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems office in Landskrona, Sweden and you will report directly to the Head of the Industrial Business Segment.
About you
We believe that the right candidate for this role demonstrates great planning, prioritizing and structuring skills and have some years of working experience from a similar role, preferably in a similar company. You have high integrity, good communication skills and is motivated by providing excellent service in a fast-paced- and international working environment.
You will need to possess excellent Microsoft Office skills and have the ability to communicate without hindrance in both Swedish and English.
For this role its very meritorious if you have experience of working with SAP SuccessFactors or other similar HR-system.
