Overview
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to assist the President for the Business Unit Incontinence Care in SCA and Vice President Human Resources (80/20%).
If you are pro-active, have a high level of integrity and the ability to provide professional support we can offer you a very exciting opportunity!
The role manages the executives' schedule, travel arrangements and is responsible to organize Business Unit conferences and leadership meetings.
The position requires that you are flexible and enjoy working together with many different and international people both within and outside the organization.
You will need to independently judge and prioritize amongst different tasks, so it's a must that you organize your own daily work
You are fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
The position is located in Gothenburg.



Main Tasks
Pro-actively manage agenda and travel bookings for the President and VP Human Resources
Organize Business Unit conferences and leadership meetings, both internal and external locations.



Prepare documents and presentation materials for both the President and the Human Resources department



Secure confidentiality of data and documentation archiving



Perform high-level administrative tasks on a daily base, where sometimes a quick response is needed



Support and participate in projects



Handle Ad-hoc tasks as they come along

Key Competencies
We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a similar role in an international environment for more than 5 years.
You are well-organized with the ability to independently prioritize
You are pro-active, service minded and a creative troubleshooter with a positive mindset
Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written.
You have excellent Microsoft Office skills and you are highly knowledgeable in different programs.
Furthermore, the role requires a high level of integrity since you need to deal with both confidential and sensitive information. You have a direct but humble way to communicate with people, no matter whom they are.

Additional Information
Required travel approx. 4 times / year within Europe.
