We are looking for a skilled professional to provide top-level executive support to the management team. The primary responsibility is to ensure seamless daily operations and enable effective decision-making for the leadership team.
In the role you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and prepare presentations and reports with precision. You will also coordinate internal and external visits and support purchasing processes. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with record management and identify opportunities to improve processes.
You will also coordinate corporate communications, create internal content, and drive engagement initiatives.
This is a six-month consultancy assignment with the possibility of permanent employment thereafter. Working hours follow standard office hours, Monday to Friday, with a preferred start as soon as possible.
About you

Your way of working is structured and detail-oriented, yet flexible and solution-driven. You are resilient when priorities shift and have a strong sense of urgency combined with the ability to deliver high-quality results. You communicate clearly and enjoy supporting others in their communication.
Building relationships comes naturally to you. You navigate organizations with ease, collaborate across functions, and contribute positively to company culture. You are creative, proactive and pedagogical in your approach, and your analytical ability helps you interpret information and support decision-making. With a strong sense of ownership, you take initiative, drive improvements and act as a trusted representative of the company's values and brand.
