What you'll do?
As Executive Assistant you will be responsible for supporting Managing Director Sweden/Senior Vice President Europe in administration issues as well as giving support toward the two areas managerial teams.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Supporting MD/SVP with handling of e-mail, phone calls, calendar, and similar tasks
• Handle travel bookings for MD/SVP and for the managerial team members when needed
• Book and plan for conference meetings and secure a high-quality administrative delivery on the meetings (experience of bigger digital events is meriting)
• Being Super User in our different IT Systems for the department as well as an administrative support in these systems toward our customers
• To handle expenses and to approve invoices to the MD/SVP
• Prepare meetings, agendas and write protocols
• To lead and run smaller projects and initiatives together with HR and Site Managers in Sweden
• Be part of/coordinate and contribute to various audits and work with the business system, and its processes
• Manage legal contracts and the handling of contracts in terms of ensuring the right content, getting contracts signed in time, as well as handling a correct internal storage for the legal contracts and additional documents.

What you'll bring:
As a person we think you are efficient, accurate and curious. It is of importance for us that you can work on parallel assignments and prioritize. You work independently, have a good driving force and are able to run own projects. Your communications skills are good, you can take initiatives and you love to provide good administrative support to others. We think you like to be part of a fasted paced work environment and that you can create long-term relationships and networks. To manage and thrive in this role you are a person with a positive, can-do attitude, as well as you have pondus, integrity and a good sense on how to handle confidential information.

We think you have a Bachelor's degree from University, or equivalent experience, preferably within Business administration or HR. You have been working within administration in a similar position as this one, for at least five years. Meriting is administrative experience from a large international company. You are familiar with and have a good understanding of what it means to be working in an administrative supporting function toward management teams and/or customers and with English as company language. Meriting is experience from project management.

Your language skills are excellent in Swedish and English. You are a skilled user in Microsoft Office software and are a comfortable user on how to create presentations in PowerPoint. Generally, you have an interest in IT/Systems and you can handle different administrative systems efficiently. Meriting experience is knowledge about laws for limited companies and handling work environment issues administratively.
