Who you are
Alfa Laval Nordic is a multi-site Sales Company of 200 engaged people, based in four legal entities in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Alfa Laval Nordic operates in virtually all areas of Alfa Laval's business and is currently turning around app. 250 MEUR per year. We're now looking for an Executive assistant! So, what are you going to do today?

You are a solution-oriented person with strong administrative and coordinating profile who like to take responsibility and drive and support the organization with a strong customer focus.
About the job
As the Executive assistant you will work independently but at the same time cooperate with others both internally and externally. Your main responsibility will be to support our Nordic MD and Cluster President, coordinate events such as conferences (on both a Nordic and Cluster level), customer trainings, workshops and seminars. You will prepare & deliver training material for both customers trainings and seminars. You will support in the onboarding process and HR administration.
What you know
You probably have a background within administration and training. You are fluent in Swedish language as well as English and feel comfortable in expressing yourself both verbally and in text (Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
You are self-going and an ambitious team player used to have many contacts and contribute to a dynamic working environment.

Practicalities
You will be based in Tumba and report to our Nordic MD. Expected travelling days will be 10-20 days/year, mainly when we have customer events in other sites.
