The Role
As our Event & Customer Loyalty Coordinator, you will be the mastermind behind planning and executing high-profile events within the automotive world as well as internal events and support internal stakeholders with event planning. Additionally, you will coordinate our customer loyalty program, ensuring our cherished Koenigsegg customers receive memorable gifts and experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of events, ranging from product launches and VIP experiences to community engagement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event logistics.
- Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to foster long-term relationships and increase customer retention.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for personalized loyalty initiatives.
- Create and execute strategies to actively engage customers through personalized communications, exclusive events, and feedback initiatives.

Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience at all touchpoints.

Represent the brand at events and ensure brand values are consistently communicated.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have a documented track record of planning and executing outstanding events.
- Demonstrate the ability to create and manage high-level customer loyalty programs.

- Normal working hours 40 h/week, some overtime may occur.
