We are looking for an Enterprise and Transformation solutions architect. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transformation technology solutions for TCS customers in Nordics region related to Network, Storage, Server, hardware, Virtualization, Cloud technologies
Build data center migration process and management framework for clients
Delivery assurance for TCS customers in Nordics for end to end Data center consolidation programs
Cost optimization for the clients with better process and technology adaptation
This is an individual position and part of a wider team and will act a catalyst coordinating with various architecture and delivery teams
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At-least 20 years of experience in the Information technology (Infrastructure Services) Outsourcing and Managed Services industry with 5 years? experience in Hybrid cloud solution and deployment
End to end view of the cloud deployment and delivery lifecycle management.
Understanding of costing principles and application to delivery management to project benefit realization to customers.
Effectively manage a multi-cultural team working in architecture, service delivery across countries in Nordics and offshore delivery centers in India
Very large account management experience.
Experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model.
Competitive knowledge about different service providers to create a successful pursuit strategy
Experience in leading solution teams for large infrastructure outsourcing deals in the areas of infrastructure transition, transformation and data center consolidation
Should have data center consolidation experience in business verticals
Ability to create solutions and value propositions for the clients
Good knowledge on costing principles and apply the same to the solutions created for the clients
Excellent written and oral communication
Presentation Skills
Ability to work independently
Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization.
