Fujitsu Consulting & Professional Service (C&PS) Enterprise Advisor working within the consulting practices.
The Enterprise Advisor is a client facing role that enables the clients ambitions to change and adapt thru digital transformation.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

The individual would be expected to cover a significant subset of the following capabilities and skills:

• Focuses on senior business management challenges and strategies and is periodically called upon by client IT executives for advice and counsel
• Proactively establishes strong professional relationships and credibility with key IT and business executives in each customer account
• Demonstrates elaborate knowledge of offering to position and map the company's capabilities that align to customer's business objectives and initiatives
• Uses consultative, solution selling and business development skills to align the customer's business needs with the company's solutions
• Perform initial assessment of such identified areas, initiatives and fast track the introduction of the company's offering specific Consultants to further deep dive to identify the appropriate technology solution
• Deliver Strategic and portfolio specific assessment reports in a billable role where feasible and contribute to delivering assessment led strategic road maps, solution approaches or GTM strategies to customers and contribute to generating valuable revenue through every phase
• Formulate strategic approach plan in pursuit of new logos/customers and positioning of company's offering based on self-research and company's research performed on new logos/customers
• Able to apply company's offering specific IT best practices to customer's specific business pain points either through technology or process or people solutions
• Ownership of collaborating with relevant offering owners within the company to derive, package and position the best solution to meet the business objectives and initiatives of the customer's key business executives
• Actively engages the Executive Sponsor and other senior company executives to build strategic relationships with the customer which ensure long-term business opportunities for the company that are aligned to the customer's objectives and initiatives
• Leverages the full company portfolio to add significant value to customer's business, continuously improve account profitability for the company
• Develops a comprehensive business-case approach in crafting client proposals
• Brings experience of managing end-to-end solutions and sales processes involving varied complexity, multi-country, multi-business unit, and multi-service offering deals
• Demonstrates strong presentation and communication skills
• Brings in High-level of domain knowledge and account expertise

Key Performance Indicators:

• Consultant discipline (e.g. time sheeting, expenses, diary, objectives, development plans, knowledge sharing etc.).
• Customer satisfaction, delivery on time, to budget and to an appropriate level of quality.
• Follows consulting standards.
• Success assignment delivery without rework.
• Evidence of re-use.
• Extension business won and qualified new opportunities.
• Evidence of contribution and recognition of expertise and support.
• Allocation of career owners.
• Assignment and annual performance reviews completed.
• Evidence of successful bid stages and small scale wins.
• Achievement of objectives.
