Role description
We offer you as a newly graduated engineer an excellent opportunity to develop into one of our most attractive engineering positions. You will join a 9 month long program designed to both give engineering skills and a thorough knowledge of the company for future advancements. The year will consist of engineering work mixed with training and practice on different departments within the company.
During this program, you can will grow into one of the following roles:
Development Engineer Engine Testing where you will be proficient within engine tuning, calibration and feature setting for combustion, hybrids and fully electrical engines and drivelines.
System engineer within Electromobility, where you will be working with the development of embedded control systems. This includes both system design, functional development and component design.
Software Engineer, where you will be working as a part of our Software Team within Powertrain Electronics. The Software Team is developing software for both Electromobility and Diesel applications. You will be highly involved in a developing our products for the future in an agile and growing environment.
Electronics Design Engineer, where you will be working with development, maintenance and release of embedded software components for boat control systems, making sure our products can reach the customer.
Human Machine Interface Engineer: being the link between UX Designers and Embedded Software Engineers, you will make sure our end users will experience the true meaning of Easy Boating, maximizing their experience of our products.
Data Analytics Engineer where you will be a part of a small team where you will structure large amounts of data and analyze it. Both by looking into more simple analytics, but also advanced analytics such as machine learning, with the aim to determine patterns in fault code behavior and predict component failures of units in operation.
Mechanical Design Engineer where you will be involved in designing the engines, exhaust after treatment systems or marine transmissions for the future. All adopted for alternative fossil free fuels, hybrids or fully electrical drivelines.
Electrical Engineer Product Quality where you will be part of a small team working with root cause analysis of quality problems, investigations of installations and applications.

You have MSc in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, Chemistry, Mathematics, Mechatronics, Automotive or Technical Physics
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Most important however is two things: You are committed to set footprints for the future and you believe in the power of a team and helping each other
You have a valid work permit in Sweden
