Klarna is rapidly growing and we are currently looking for an Information Security Management and Compliance Specialist to join and lead our Information Security team (InfoSec). Our team services the entire Klarna group working out of Stockholm (HQ), Berlin and Linden (Germany). With a banking license and operating in the financial industry in several regions, Klarna is naturally highly regulated. Regardless, we strive to build the smooothest experience. Keeping our customers' information safe and ensuring their privacy is essential to Klarna, hence our highest commitment to information security.
What you'll get to do
Lead a team of senior specialists to ensure information security at Klarna. The InfoSec team interacts with many internal and external stakeholders from different professional backgrounds and is the central coordinator and translator of security requirements. As a global payment provider and bank, built on an agile and fast moving development organization, we need to ensure appropriate information security and compliance.
Some of the tasks you'll be responsible for
Manage an agile Klarna team with wide responsibilities within information security
Govern Klarna's information security management system (ISMS)
Support hundreds of development teams in keeping with information security requirements
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
Previous hands-on technical experience, even if it's slightly dated
Sufficient experience with technical security to understand how it impacts products and services
Solid understanding of the process of compliance and governance within information security
Direct experience with information security audits, either as an auditor or as the auditee
Familiarity with what agile ways of working means in practice for development teams
Experience of creating and implementing an ISMS or at least major parts of one
Practice in interacting with the CISO's of external parties
