About the Role
We're hiring an Engineering Director to lead and scale our engineering organization. You'll play a critical leadership role in shaping our technical direction, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional products in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
This is a senior, high-impact position with real ownership and decision-making authority. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product and leadership to drive innovation and ensure our engineering practices enable ambitious business goals.
What You'll Do
Own and evolve engineering strategy, processes, and execution to meet business objectives
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams
Drive technical excellence across architecture, systems, and development workflows
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high trust within engineering
Partner with cross-functional leaders in Product and Finance to align priorities and execute efficiently
Implement process improvements, automation, and scalable systems to support high growth
Oversee delivery of complex projects from inception to launch with a focus on reliability, security, and speed
Establish best practices for code quality, technical documentation, and compliance
Lead hiring and professional development for the engineering organization
Serve as a key technical advisor to senior leadership on strategic direction and investments
Who You Are
Several years of experience in progressive engineering leadership roles
Proven track record leading teams and delivering high-quality products in high-growth or technology-driven environments
Deep technical expertise across modern architectures, systems design, and development methodologies
Skilled in building, motivating, and scaling teams in dynamic organizations
Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across functions and all levels of the company
Passion for innovation, automation, and fostering a high-trust, low-ego culture
