The common focus of the employees is to ensure that the company and its products constantly move forward. Currently they are 11 people consisting of researchers, electro designers, developers, programmers and system developers. They constantly tackle new challenges in their area of expertise and test their limits. As the company continually expand they need someone who can shoulder the responsibility for their customers and who can act as a product specialist to assist customers.
As a product expert you will have the opportunity to develop and shape your position. In your role as an expert of the company's products your areas of responsibility will consist of answering the customers questions and solving their problems in person or by "remote support". As a result this position will include travelling approximately 50 % of your work hours since the company's customers are spread around the globe. You will carry out installations and servicing, be responsible for the lab systems and support these, continually update and develop manuals, cooperate with the development department as well as assisting the sales staff.

Kvalifikationer• Engineer specialized in physics or electro technology
• A vast interest in technology/experience in technology, preferably as a result from a hobby alternatively from previous employment
• Technical knowledge within the areas of electronics, mechanics, control programs within a Linux environment as well as systematic scanning for errors troubleshooting
• Technical knowledge within vacuum equipment and X-ray technology (meritorious)
• You have an advanced knowledge both in written and spoken English
Personal characteristics
As an individual you are communicative, service-minded and enjoy meeting new people. Another desired quality is being flexible as you will travel across different time zones depending on where the customers are situated. It is also crucial that you are comfortable asking colleagues for help when uncertain, but to also work independently as well as taking initiative.
