In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Developing new materials for advanced Li ion batteries & next generation batteries
Testing samples (including sample handling, analysis of results, and maintenance of test equipment)
Designing new test protocols and procedures for new material R&D
Evaluating and investigating new materials for Li ion batteries & next generation batteries
Close communication with relevant teams and collaboration with external partners
Monitoring new technologies and literatures regarding Li ion batteries and next generation batteries
Generating new IPs (Intellectual Properties
Qualifications
MSc or PhD degree in engineering (material, chemical, mechanical or similar)
Hands-on laboratory experience
Experience of using analysis equipment such as SEM, XPS, etc.
Good understanding on battery materials
Specific skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills with relevant teams
Excellent English written and oral skills
Excellent skills for Microsoft offices (word, excel, ppt)
Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
