Context
Oliver Wyman's Wealth & Asset Management (WAM) practice is expanding. Our client list contains the largest Wealth & Asset Managers as well as some pure niche Private Banks and Asset Managers.
Uniquely in the market,Oliver Wyman's WAM practice is global which allows clients access to content experts from across the world.
We are looking to appoint an individual in our Stockholm office to support the continued growth of our WAM practice; particularly candidates who have significant experience in Wealth and Private Banking.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have experience of executing Asset Management projects as a Business Manager, Internal Strategist or External Consultant. This experience can come from within a Wealth Manager, Private Bank, Asset Manager, Strategy Consultancy, Hedge Fund or Alternative Investment Boutique.
We also look for the following:
• Relevant experience in project-based, team-oriented environments
• Track record of leading or working in teams and delivering against tight deadlines in fast paced and demanding environments
• In-depth knowledge of topics in Wealth and Asset Management but with particular focus in Wealth and Private Banking
• Ability to apply depth of content knowledge for thought leadership in project execution
• Ability to leverage sophisticated economic analyses to conduct primary research, define trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations
• Ability to operate independently and manage teams and complex client situations
• Collaborate with Partners to produce client deliverables
• Outstanding communication skills; comfort in presenting to senior executives, both internally and among clients
• Undergraduate or advanced degree, MBA or equivalent from a top academic program
• Willingness to travel
