A global technology and services company specializing in the healthcare field are now looking for a Finnish or Danish speaking End User Service Helpdesk Operator.

What does an End User Service Helpdesk Operator do?

• The End User Service Helpdesk provides a remote first and second line support and a quick technical response to the users/customers.
He/she follows up the users reported incidents until their resolution.
He/she applies the procedures and service level agreement defined with the customers.
He/she follows up the backlog and ensures the coordination with the other departments to solve the issues.
He/she builds and prepares the internal or customer dashboards

Do you have?
college certificate or equivalent experience?
1 ? 2 years? experience from Call center?
a strong written and oral, Finnish or Danish language?
the ability to providing technical support in English
