Who is your future team?
End Customer Marketing is a team part of the Corporate Marketing department with the mission to drive awareness and demand for Axis offerings among end customers and partners worldwide. You will be part of a team of highly skilled and experienced marketing managers, all experts in their business area. As a team we inspire, support, and challenge each other, share our successes, and grow together.
The role
Your job as End Customer Marketing Manager for the "Cities" segment is to build a deep understanding about your end-customers globally. Based on this knowledge you will develop the right marketing strategy, messaging, and assets to support our marketing and business objectives.
Cities have always been an important segment for Axis with customers like public safety authorities, law enforcement, traffic authorities and environmental agencies. Your role will also cover support for governmental organizations. As Axis is a global company, you will work closely with both our sales regions as well as corporate stakeholders, acting as an expert on our target customers and how to communicate with them most effectively.
In cooperation with our regional business development, sales, and marketing colleagues, you will lead a global virtual team to drive initiatives and ensure we evolve, align, and optimize our marketing. As End Customer Marketing Manager, you play an important role in Axis becoming an even more end customer-centric company.
Who are we looking for?
As a person, we believe you are positive, outgoing, and thrive when working with others. To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:
* Extensive experience from developing target group analyses, marketing strategies and marketing programs
* Experience from companies with complex offerings and international markets
* Strong informal leadership and interpersonal skills to lead virtual teams
* A strong ability to prioritize and structure your work
* Well-developed business acumen: relevant sales or business development preferred
* Fluent language skills in English, both written and spoken
* Prior experience from working with city authorities or the smart city concept is very valuable, but not a requirement if the other requirements are fulfilled
