Objectives:
Provide advice and support to the HRBPs and the business within the area of Reward & Recognition. Document R&R practices and programmes across the EMEA region, provide in depth analysis of cost, market alignment and efficiency of programmes, and work on improvement and alignment. Secure correct grading of white collar positions across the region and monitor market trends. Act as a dedicated support to functional HRBPs for offer setting and reward questions regarding EMEA based employees.

Key operational responsibilities:
• In cooperation with HRBPs, secure correct job levelling of white collar positions across the region (Job Architecture and position evaluation)
• Analyse & compare existing reward programmes across sectors and within countries, understand the impact & cost effectiveness of these programmes. Where appropriate, cooperate with the Country HR Manager on improvement and alignment
• Monitor market trends, guide HR Services in participation in compensation & benefit surveys, interpret results and make recommendations for use in Electrolux
• Support the creation and maintenance of R&R policies, tools, communication and training materials, in line with industry best practice and business needs
• Guide HR Services in management of reward processes and delivery of timely and effective outputs, focusing on process optimisation
• Act as a dedicated support to functional HRBPs for offer setting and reward questions regarding EMEA based employees. Support all HRBPs on cross-country moves in the EMEA region.
• Support building transparency and trust in reward through increased communication and interaction with the business (in cooperation with the respective HRBP and R&R colleagues).
• Support with regular reporting (collecting, analysing and presenting data) and ad hoc projects.

Competencies needed:
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, working in an international reward context ? general knowledge of compensation & benefit practices and policies across Europe
• Fully proficient in English, any additional European language is an asset
• Consultative & pro-active approach
• Eye for detail, efficiency enhancement & process optimisation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality & handle sensitive issues with diplomacy
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Business Acumen
• Proficiency in Excel
