The main objectives of this position are to ensure timely creation of innovative products, develop effective ranging and manage the life cycle for the Top Loader and Compact Washing Machine Categories.
". P&L Responsibility for the Top Loader and Compact Washing Machine Categories
• Develop (together with product Marketing and Brand) and own the Top Loader and Compact Waxhing Machine Strategic Market Plan as part of the overall Laundry Strategic Market Plan.
• Build the Generation Plan based on Consumer Insights and Product Marketing for design, themes and zones.
• Drive Product Management Flow for the Single Door category, ensuring close cooperation with R&D for new products specification definition and follow-up.
• Develop and own the model catalogue, including selling propositions/USP, together with Product Marketing and key Markets
• Range definition, price positioning and seasons within the frame of seasonal ranging
• Target Launch Price definition (in cooperation with Product Marketing for themes and zones) and price management.
• Manage the Top Loader and Compact Washing Machine Category products life cycle together with Product Marketing and key Markets and ROL Management
• Lead forecasting discussion in the seasonal range process and follow-up
• Support to Brand for POS definition
• Track and follow consumer trends
• Prepare product launches and contribute to definition of product launch materials
• In cooperation with Range Management develop local ranges whilst ensuring maximization of synergies within the Sector (standardization and complexity reduction)"
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
"Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in marketing and/or commercial areas and/or product development (ideally in more than one function)
• Well structured, able to plan and prioritize
• A good net-worker and communicator, with international experience
• Able to work in a cross-functional and multinational team

• Analytical with ability to see the big picture
