hela Sverige We are hiring an Email Channel Specialist. Are you great at producing campaign emails and email newsletters for sales and profits? Do you want to be part of our project to maintain and expand the best email channel operation in our industry for both B2B and B2C across the Nordic countries? Dustin is one of the leading Nordic resellers of IT products and additional services to companies, the public sector and private individuals. Having its core business within e-commerce, Dustin functions as a bridge between the manufacturer’s large selection and the customer’s needs where our employees help customers find the right solution for their needs. Dustin is a one-stop-shop that offers approximately 200,000 products with associated services, functions and solutions. The operation is conducted in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The company has more than 900 employees. About 90 per cent of Dustin’s income derives from the corporate market with a focus on small and medium sized companies.
The Team
You will become part of a dedicated online marketing team and part of an online sales team of more than 100 energetic professionals. We strive to improve every day and we win as a team. The Job
As Email Channel Specialist you will have budget responsibility for our retention email channel. You will be working closely with the team to handle the daily production of emails and channel operation and optimization. You will also become an Eloqua marketing automation system super-user in cooperation with other marketing specialists and over time you will play a key role in our cross-channel projects as well.
This role will work from our offices in Stockholm or Denmark.
You
To succeed in this role you should have a solid experience of working with email and especially email production, including necessary knowledge of HTML etc, as well as email send-out/operation. Experience with marketing automation, online marketing in general and e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory. You can deliver consistent high quality and you understand that you need to share your knowledge and be open to feedback for the company to benefit the most from your knowledge and work. You work in a self-driven and proactive manner and you are result-oriented and focused on delivering according to the KPIs for your channel. You take pride in your work and you make decisions based on a firm understanding of business strategy and needs as well as e-commerce targets.
