Your role
TransponderTech is currently developing the next generation of market leading software defined radio products to meet the international demand of VDES systems, which enable more environmentally efficient transports and increased safety at sea. We are currently investing strongly in new technology and still, more is to come. With many exiting on-going and upcoming product development projects, we are now strengthening our team even further by searching for a new electronics designer for our radio products. Our development team execute a variety of development tasks in several parallel projects; from research in future technologies to maintaining availability of existing products. There is a close dialogue between electronic design teams and application teams. A typical product development project duration is 2 years.
As member of the team you will participate during all phases of the product development but with focus on design, schematics, layout and prototype evaluation. The majority of our developers work hands-on with our products and prototypes and so will you. You preferably have experience with measuring equipment as spectrum and network analyzers. You probably have experience in radio and DCDC/power design and is experienced in designing with discrete electronics.

Required skills:
* Analog and digital electronic design, preferably within radio electronics
* Schematics and layout experience
* Master of Science degree or knowledge to similar level gained by on the job training
* Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.

What you will be a part of
With us at TransponderTech, you will be a part of Saab but still have the feeling of the "small" company. In our Linköping office we are about 35 people working mainly in the global civil market and we are market leading in our product segment. The portfolio consists of VDES radio transceivers for land, ships, satellites and aircrafts as well as advanced navigation and presentation systems. The site includes all functions, from marketing and sales, to product development, production planning and logistics. The relationship between own working efforts and company results is very clear.
TransponderTech is located in Hackefors, 10 minutes from Linköping center in modern facilities with guaranteed car and bike parking right outside the office building.
