After the launch our new truck and bus range, time has come to electrify it. The project has started and we need more colleagues to help us finish on time. We are now looking for an Electrification Officer to join us on our journey.
Our offer
On this journey, we offer you a role that allows you to get full visualization on all Scania electrification projects and where Scania is heading with regards to electrification. In this role you will support management in understanding gaps and deviations we see now and might occur in the future. As electrification will be first out in trying new ways of working in projects, you will also be part of understanding and introducing these methods into our Purchasing operations. In this role, you will be part of a team that is newly formed and where flexibility will be of highest importance. Consequently, you will also be given the opportunity to take on Sourcing challenges offloading Purchasing Managers at Purchasing Electrification.
As the team is new, you will be offered the opportunity to shape the way we work in collaboration with management team Purchasing Electrification. Your profile
The role we offer spans over many different aspects and will require a person being both on a holistic strategic level and at the same time diving deep down into the details. As the job will require consolidation of data into tangible facts and conclusions, you do not have an issue with a certain level of administrative tasks nor approaching others departments for coordination and information sharing. It helps if your presentation skills and ability to visualize complex matters are on a good level. Since the position might contain a certain level of Sourcing activity, you need previous experience in negotiation techniques, purchasing processes and methods where Project Purchasing is an advantage.
