Do you want to lead the way in a Lean-Agile transformation journey? In that case, we think you should continue reading and hopefully, we will do this journey together!
Scania has established a transformation support team with the aim of accelerating Lean-Agile transformation across Scania solution development. We are inspired by the SAFe framework and based on our TRATON values and principles. Education and training is a vital part to help guide the organization through this cultural journey and we are now searching for the right person to work with the strategies for this.
What's your role?
You will be vital in creating and making use of strategies for training and education in lean-agile methods and mindset.. You will collaborate within Scania and TRATON and play an important role in establishing Lean-Agile practices and principles across our organization. Your mission will be to set the strategy that will empower the organisation with the skills and mindset they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world. You will have a key role in creating a culture of continuous learning. Principles that will guide your work are "scalable, global and digital"
Example of your work tasks:
• Continue to develop and implement the strategic concept for education within the lean-agile transformation
• Work with scaling of concepts and trainings
• Share experience and constructive feedback to your support team colleagues and co-create solution development Lean-Agile framework
• Promote self-organization and team spirit to shorten feedback loops
• Building a safe environment with an emphasis on transparency and collaboration
• Collaborate within TRATON
• Collaborate closely with Scania Academy and Scania Way Office
• Identify and drive needed improvements
• Stay up-to-date with information, inspiration and research in training, learning and lean-agile

It's an extra benefit if you:
• Have experience from and are knowledgeable of solution development processes
• Have a solid understanding of lean-agile principles and methodologies and/or The Scania Way
