Group Real Estate has the global responsibility for the physical workplace. We acquire, adapt and operate the needed premises like offices, labs and factories. The team consists of Civil Engineers, Surveyors, Architects and Finance people.

• We need to develop a stakeholder-oriented service organization in order to better manage development of business needs & organizational changes
• We shall maintain and further develop abilities to provide the business with the most cost efficient, flexible and productivity enabling workplaces in the industry
• We need to create a new business interface and new organization for development & operation of ICT premises
• We shall contribute to fulfillment of highest industry standards for sustainability
• We need to strengthen and improve our global governance structure to handle global scale operation in a constantly changing environment

To join the Ericsson Early Career Program you require:
• A Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Finance or other relevant field
• 2-4 years documented experience in real estate working within the relevant disciplines.
• The candidate must be very motivated by and interested in working in a global high tech company.
• The candidate must have the ability to work independent and with confidence.
• The candidate must have experience in working in complex Change management projects, M&A projects etc and have proven achievements in performing such tasks.
• Ability to drive and execute projects
• The candidate should have an interest in experimentation and innovation, an ability to think creatively and "outside the box". Other aspects that are important are self-esteem, self-knowledge, social ability, and an interest and potential in leading other people.
• A global/international interest and attitude
• Candidates will need both the desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and fluent in English and possibly one other languages
• The candidates have to be early adopters and enjoy using the latest technologies within SW and business development.
