Do you want to play a key role in advancing the digital ways of working across Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions? We're now looking for a dedicated owner to manage our portfolio of solutions for the electronic handling of customer orders and related documents.

Your mission
In this role, you take the business lead in developing shared digital solutions for electronic ordering. You focus on enabling seamless, touchless processing of customer orders, particularly for spare parts and other aftermarket products - ensuring they align with our platforms and drive continuous improvement. You work cross-functionally to streamline implementation methods, establish standards, governance and reduce lead time and costs for new e-order implementation projects. In close collaboration with our IT department and order management leaders, you coordinate planning and secure delivery approaches.
Included in your responsibility:
Streamline and accelerate the implementation of our e-commerce solutions.
Ensure our EDI and other e-order solutions deliver greater value for our customers.
Support our long-term customers to do business with Sandvik more smoothly and efficiently.
Increase the volume of customer orders handled electronically.
Reduce and stabilize the total cost of ownership for our electronic ordering portfolio.
Ensure our e-ordering solutions and system landscape align with current industry standards.

The related process owners and business stakeholders are currently based in Europe and the preferred location for this position is Stockholm or Sandviken in Sweden or Tampere in Finland. You report to the Manager of the Sales Tools and Processes team. International travel is required.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a university degree in business administration, logistics or similar, preferably combined with project management qualifications. You have several years' working experience with EDI and electronic order handling B2B in a global environment, which has given you knowledge of technical aspects as well as commercial matters related to digital business. Proven leadership experience from managing IT-development initiatives and driving best practices in the use of integrated applications to support business requirements are a must. Acting in an international setting calls for fluency in English.
